How do I purchase tickets?
Simply navigate to our "Events" page, select the concert you wish to attend, choose your seats, and proceed to checkout. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
I haven't received my tickets. What should I do?
If you can't find your tickets please check your email spam folder. If you still can't find your tickets. contact our customer support via email contact@shaumetmusic.com
Am i eligible for concession price?
Discounted concession tickets are offered to individuals with an active Australian pension (including Aged, Disability, Veterans' Affairs, and Supporting Parent) and full-time students in Australia. To avail of the concession rate, appropriate proof must be presented for the mentioned categories.
Are there any age restrictions for the concerts?
Age restrictions vary by event. Please refer to the specific event details page for more information.
Do you offer group discount?
Group discounts are event-specific. If available, they will be mentioned on the event's detail page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
The event was canceled. Will I get a refund?
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund automatically to their original payment method.
