Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By purchasing a ticket for a Shaumet Music event through any authorized sales channel, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions

Ticket Purchases

  • Tickets for Shaumet Music events are sold through authorized sales channels. These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases.

  • Tickets are only valid if purchased through an authorized sales channel.

  • Ticket sales may be limited to a specified number of tickets. Shaumet Music reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept orders that exceed these limits.

  • Once confirmed, tickets and any transaction fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions or as required by law.

Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are subject to availability.

  • Delivery of tickets will be made upon receipt of full payment. Different delivery options may be available, such as postal delivery, e-tickets, or ticket collection from the venue. Additional fees may apply for certain delivery methods.

  • Prices quoted are in the currency specified and include any applicable taxes. A tax invoice is available upon request.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. All ticket prices and details are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to availability.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, Shaumet Music may allow exchanges for another performance date of the same production if 48 hours’ notice is provided. A fee per ticket and any price difference may apply.

  • Shaumet Music reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists, vary programs, performance times, venues, seating arrangements, or audience capacity. Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded due to these changes, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions or as required by law.

  • If an event is canceled, rescheduled, or significantly relocated, Shaumet Music will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders. Refunds or exchanges may be available in accordance with the law or applicable codes. Auxiliary expenses or consequential losses are not reimbursable.

  • A Covid-19 Refund and Exchange Policy may be in place. Please refer to the specific policy provided by Shaumet Music for details on refund or exchange eligibility related to Covid-19 circumstances.

General

  • These Terms and Conditions may be varied at any time, and any changes will become effective upon publication on the Shaumet Music website.

  • If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be disregarded to the extent of its invalidity, and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shaumet Music operates.
